Reston Group Training – Pistol Marksman – June 21st, 2024 – Big Springs Range

Effective shooting is a complex motor skill. Mastery of any complex skill is best achieved through a deep understanding of its fundamentals. This course will use the time proven technique of shooting bull’s-eye targets at challenging distances to evaluate and improve the student’s shooting fundamentals.

The goal of this one day course will be to understand and apply proper fundamentals while still using practical gunfighting techniques.

Reston Group/Ridgeline Defense DMR/SPR Course – June 22nd – 23rd, 2024 Big Springs Range

Presented in conjuction with Ridgeline, the LE DM/SPR Course is designed to give the precision shooter the knowledge and skills to dominate 0-500m engagements. Our 2-Day, 20 hour course is geared for shooters who utilize the SPR platform (5.56/7.62mm).

The DM/SPR concept, battle-proven in the streets of Iraq, allows the shooter the ability to seamlessly transition from close-range engagements to longer-range precision. A true force multiplier, we believe that it is the future of the LE Precision Rifle, and are pleased to be on the forefront of its application in Law Enforcement.

Sentinel Concepts – Critical Handgun/Critical Carbine – September 7th-8th, 2024 Big Springs Range

This course is geared to shooters who have an absolute understanding of weapons manipulation and safety. This is a 2 day course that will bring the novice and seasoned shooter a better understanding of the why’s that will give consistency to progress in speed and accuracy, movement, and positional shooting. Proper use of RDS or irons sights.
